Cluj-Napoca is a great city

Cluj-Mineral-Bijoux will take place on Friday 26th, on Saturday
27th and on Sunday 28th February 2010 inside the
exhibition place EXPOTRANSILVANIA from Cluj-Napoca.
SCHEDULE FOR THE
EXHIBITORS:
• Thursday 11th
February 2010: 14.00 - 20.00 organization stands/tables
• Friday 12th February 2010: from 08.00 access exhibitors
• Saturday 13th February 2010: 08.00 - 20.00 access exhibitors
• Sunday 14th February 2010: 08.00 - 20.00 access exhibitors
during the evening the exhibitors can disassemble the stands/table after the
closing hours of the exhibition
• Monday 15th February 2010: until 12.00 option to keep
disassembling the stands/tables During the whole exhibition a security
daily and night service is available.
SCHEDULE FOR THE PUBLIC
• 09.00 - 19.00:
the exhibitors will have access inside with one hour before the opening and one
hour after the closing of the exhibition.
HOW DO YOU ARRIVE AT THE
EXHIBITION CENTRE?
You can reach very easily
at the exhibition pavilions “Expotransilvania” from the centre in around 4/5
min by bus, taxi or private car.
Cluj Napoca has an international airport with low costs flights and that is
connected with all the main European destinations.
RESTAURANTS:
You will find inside the
exhibition a reasonable restaurant for the exhibits, a full meal at choice from
three menus at the price of 7euro, the drink is included. The meal tickets can
be bought directly from the organization secretary
RESERVATIONS:
Different restaurants and
pensions can be found close to the exhibition, if the exhibitors need more
pieces of information about prices, reservations or others they can address
directly to the organizations staff.
